What we cannot help with

- Recommending specific exchanges, wallets, brokers, or trading services. The site does not do this.
- Managing accounts on services you have used. Contact the service directly through its official channels.
How to write to us
Send editorial notes to editorial [at] bitcoinnyc [dot] org. Use a plain text email. Include the page or section you are referring to, the issue you spotted, and any relevant source. We read everything but cannot reply to every message. Specific reports get faster attention than general feedback.
Press queries can use the same address with "Press" in the subject line.
