Contact

For corrections, broken-link reports, press queries, and editorial notes.

What we welcome

  • Specific factual corrections, with a source where possible.
  • Broken-link reports.
  • Notes about phrasing that has aged poorly or is no longer accurate.
  • Press queries about the framing of articles that mention BitcoinNYC.
  • Reports of suspicious sites pretending to be associated with BitcoinNYC.

What we cannot help with

  • Recovery of funds lost to scams. Use official reporting channels and treat any unsolicited "recovery" offer as a second scam.
  • Personalised financial, legal, or tax advice. Speak to a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
  • Recommending specific exchanges, wallets, brokers, or trading services. The site does not do this.
  • Managing accounts on services you have used. Contact the service directly through its official channels.

How to write to us

Send editorial notes to editorial [at] bitcoinnyc [dot] org. Use a plain text email. Include the page or section you are referring to, the issue you spotted, and any relevant source. We read everything but cannot reply to every message. Specific reports get faster attention than general feedback.

Press queries can use the same address with "Press" in the subject line.

Privacy and your message

Email you send to BitcoinNYC is read by editors only and is not sold or shared. We do not maintain a marketing list and will not subscribe you to anything. See the privacy notice for more.

Security reports

For responsible disclosure of issues affecting this site itself, see /.well-known/security.txt.

Reminder BitcoinNYC will not contact you first to ask about your accounts, your wallet, your seed phrase, or your holdings. Treat any message that claims otherwise as impersonation.
